Improv Ninja Workshop

Improv Ninja Workshop – Tuesday, June 12 from 2 to 3 PM at UNO Community Engagement Center, Room 128.

Participants (ages 15+) will learn improvisational games and techniques which will help build communication skills, improve self-confidence, and teach team work all while having a ton of fun(and laughs!)! Parents will not be allowed to watch the workshop but they will be invited back for a 15-20 minute performance at the end.

Rob Snow founded Stand Up For Downs whose mission is to enhance the lives of those with Down syndrome through humor. He has created Project Spotlight which uses improvisation to enhance communication skills, build self-confidence and teach teamwork to improve social and workplace opportunities for those with DS. He has put on his one of a kind “Improv Ninja Workshop” for all of the major national DS conferences. Rob studied improvisation at the famous Second City Theatre in Chicago, and is a nationally recognized professional speaker.
