January 10 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Free
Center for Autism Disorders (CARD) Logo

The aim of this presentation is to teach attendees more about reinforcement and tips to make it as effective as possible.  Simply put, reinforcement is when you give somebody something after they engage in a behavior and, as a result, they are more likely to engage in that behavior in the future.  When done correctly, reinforcement can be a very powerful tool at increasing appropriate behavior!

The presenter, Jennifer Kozisek, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD).  CARD is one of the world’s largest providers of evidence-based, ABA-therapy for individuals of all ages.  CARD helps individuals with Autism across the country, including Nebraska and Iowa!
