Join The Arc of Omaha and the Ollie Webb Center for their next seminar: “Making the Move-A Seamless & Manageable Move to Middle and High School”  Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 6:30-8:30 PM.

This educational event will provide tips and strategies for a seamless and manageable move to Middle School and High School for students receiving Special Education Services. It is never too early to start planning for the move to a new school. If you have a student with intellectual or developmental disabilities moving to a new school in the next year or two, this event is for you!

The seminar will take place at the UNO Community Engagement Center (6001 Dodge St.)

I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska (GO BIG RED) and live there with my wife Mindi and our 5-year old son, Alex. Alex was diagnosed on the Spectrum in the Spring of 2014. Originally non-verbal, Alex has made massive leaps in speech and motor development thanks to local therapists, teachers, assistants and countless recreational and educational activities available to residents of the Omaha area. I promise to work hard and make sure you are aware of everything available to you and your special needs children.
