All proceeds will benefit the new PATCH program at the Children’s Hospital and Medical Center.  The Patients Assistance Team at Children’s Hospital (PATCH) is a new initiative designed to give patients with special needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, etc.) and their families additional support during a visit to the hospital.  Whether it’s a trip to the E.R., a clinic visit or an outpatient surgery, a hospital can induce anxiety and fear in youngsters that are trying to make sense of their surroundings.  PATCH’s aim is to make all patients’ visits a positive experience.
